PEACH HONEY BRIE CHEESE FONDUE
A white wine base with melted creamy Brie cheese and basil, topped with fresh peaches and a honey drizzle.
THIRD COURSE - ENTREE PLATTER
A selection of meats prepared for grilling at your table, served with fresh vegetables, bread, imported cheese, rosemary garlic potatoes, & an assortment of gourmet dipping sauces
SUMMER ENTREE PLATTER
Flat iron fillet, teriyaki fillet, tiger shrimp, apricot marinated salmon, chicken breast, and barbecue pork loin.
Fourth COURSE - DESSERT FONDUE

S'MORES MILK CHOCOLATE FONDUE
A base of marshmallow cream layered with milk chocolate fondue topped with graham cracker crumbles and set ablaze at the table.
