Bed of greens topped with pomegranate, pear, blue cheese and walnuts. Dressed with house-made toasted walnut vinaigrette.
SECOND COURSE - CHEESE FONDUE
Served with an assortment of artisan breads, fresh fruits & vegetables for dipping – make one selection per two guests.
Cranberry Brie Fondue
Smooth and creamy Brie cheese fondue perfectly garnished with a festive blend of dried cranberries and rosemary.
THIRD COURSE - ENTREE PLATTER
